the kids love to go mandi sungai. i love to bring my kids to explore new places even though they're still small. maybe they will not remember much about the places but the memories remain in them. i love to see their happy faces bila dorang kena bawa jalan jalan....yeah, it's a tiring journey tapi itu memori adalah sangat priceless...

white water rafting in kiulu

whoah!!! i had a great time doing the white water rafting at kiulu on the 1st day of raya ^___^ punya main siok!!! . but the downside is all my muscle ache. all the 'forward' & 'backward' paddled and the 'defeated' time makes me feel very exhausted. thank god it was raining the previous day before the rafting day. i heard that the rafting activities were closed because of the low level of the river due to kemarau season. back to the 'defeated' story, actually i lost count on how many times i fell into the river during the boat capsized. maybe 6 out of 10 capsized boat T______T i actually volunteered to join the 'adventure group' since i want to feel the pumping adrenalin moments during the 7km rafting at kiulu river (cari pasal ba sa ni). i don't regret it but it really hurt when i fell on the rocky river. although i've done the body rafting skill but still my a** bumped on the rocky surface. oouchhh!!! ba, enjoy the pics that been taken by my darling (he didn't join us rafting that day). i haven't got the pictures during the rafting time since the pics not yet been delivered to us by the operator (riverbug~the best..hehehe)

kiulu river graded as class I - II is safe enough for families with children and also the elderly. you can enjoy the breathtaking views of along the river and at the same time enjoy doing the rafting activities. so, apa tunggu lagi bring your whole families to enjoy  the white water rafting ^___^

i'm glad that i have done both famous white water rafting in sabah ~ padas & kiulu river. to compare the two places, i really admire the padas river adventure white water rafting. but to think that if the boat were to be capsized at the padas river, i have to think twice ooo.. hehe, but nonetheless for adventurous junkie, i think that's not a problem...konon la...but i wanna feel the adrenalin rush again doing white water rafting at sg. padas :)  

after rafting we had lunch at one of the cafe at pekan kiulu. delicious food ^___^. kalau suda kelaparan memang semua makanan rasa sedap..hehehe...ba, stay tune for the next story > sunbathing at malangang river.

p/s: my darling went to deep sea fishing again. room alone for 2 nites..huhu.....

survivor island

yeah..our honeymoon time! it was such a fine day when we arrived at kuala penyu. i've been told by my friend; liza that the boat will departure from the jetty at 10am. so we had arranged our time earlier to depart from home at 6.30am to make sure we arrived early (takut kana tinggal bot ^_^). yang penting we're not rushing to get there on time. so off we go to kuala penyu. i kissed my nephew before we depart (sempat lagi coz he lepak2 at my room kan. awal ba dia bangun). we singgah kedai kolombong to beli newspaper & momom for our small breakfast. so we're off to kuala penyu. on the way to kuala penyu, we saw  accidents along the way. eeeee..need to drive carefully oo....

thank god for the smooth journey we had all the way to kuala penyu. we arrived there at  about 9am. we had ample of time to rest & had breakfast before going to the island. it was a hot sunny day that day. we had  kon lo mee isi ikan as our breakfast.sangat sedap & recommended to anyone who come visit little town of kuala penyu :-) the thing is, i forgot the shop's name..hehe..

after that we went to the jetty to catch the first boat to the island. but too bad we need to wait for the 2nd trip since a bunch of visitors had filled up the 2 boat on the 1st trip.huh! but, hey we can do cam-whoring while waiting for the 2nd trip boat ^_^

we departed from the jetty at 11am & the boat ride took about 25 minutes to arrive at the island. nasib laut tenang masa tu (teringat kembali pengalaman waktu balik dari pulau mantanani ke kota belud..sungguh mengerikan..hehe)..

ok, i will continue the survivors story in my next post! need to have my beauty sleep now (doi dogo, beauty kenen..mo tanga malam suda pun) hehehe..ba, gud nite peeps!

From Tuaran To Tambunan

a lil' bit about my baby nephew



he just learn how to ride a bicycle! he's almost 5 years old, baru mau pandai main basikal. can u imagine that? itupun basikal 3 roda.. hehe.. anyway, i did promise him to buy a brand new bicycle on his birthday which fall in on the 18th of this month.. **sigh** (tengah bulan lg tu...adoi... pokai!)  ba, enuff about my lil' nephew. let's begin my story from Tuaran to Tambunan **to think about that trip makes me feel tired** ^_^

early morning my baby nephew wakes me up! i'm super sleepy....he asked me to accompany him to the toilet..desshh! punya malas sa layan tu budak....nasib sa baik hati..after that, went back to sleep again. can't continue sleep @_@ today i supposed to go to taekwando training but i'm so malas ^_^. end up stay at home for the whole day. late afternoon my fiance asked me whether i want to follow him to go fishing at serusup, tuaran. have to stay overnite at the island :-) wow! sounds great. i want to go *excited* furthermore my girlfriend also going with her hubby. at about 4.30pm, we went to fetch my fiance's niece's hubby (kaki pancing!). after that, we continue our journey to tuaran. we bought medium size udang for our umpan and waiting for my girlfriend & hubby at muara serusup. thank god for the beautiful weather (nasib nda ujan)! as the sun is setting, the juruagan sent us by boat to a secluded island as our 'port' for fishing. the first thing we did is setting up the fire!

me &  my girlfriend, Kuan chatting all the way while the guys is busy with fishing. i'm wonderign how on earth they can fish in the dark? but of course la they got the head torchlight to assist them pasang the umpan *_*. fishing until morning. no sleep at all! tahan tukul betul dorang ni. begitu la tu kalau suda hobi karas! enjoy the pics taken during the trips...........

i have slept early outside the tent (about 10.30pm). i'm so sleepy sampai my friend~Kuan said it's so freezing out there. i don't feel it ^_^. some time about 3am she woke me up because she can't sleep (sejuk dia bilang) & so we go inside the tent to sleep. me sleep soundly til early morning! punya siok!! hehe..awal lagi we all packed up our things coz the juruagan will fetch us at 6am. it's time to go home sweet home!

we headed home as soon as sampai daratan. kepanatan mode is on! since my fiance awake all night, i have to be the driver..mesti la ba kan. orang yg cukup tidur harus bekerja...hehe..i drive 'too fast too furios' so we can reach home before 8am because we have to go tambunan this morning *pengsan*. sampai rumah, take my bath, tidur kejap then jam 9am lebih2 we jalan to tambunan. this time we bring Nel (fiance's nephew) with us. we had our breakfast & 10am sharp we begin our journey to tambunan. the reason why i have to go tambunan ~ to be a driver! me, never ever drive to tambunan! thinking about the kk-tambunan road makes me nervous! yay! this is my first time driving to tambunan..require more driving skills ooo..with all the big big heavy vehicles on the road, 'swinging' & slippery road! really makes me sweat...but deep in my heart saying 'bila lagi mau try jalan tambunan?' so, dengan relanya sa menjadi driver mereka since my fiance nda cukup tidur kan... i have set my time where i have to reach tambunan in one and an half hour.. the result: i manage to reach  tambunan in 1 1/2 hour ^_^  not the pekan tambunan la, asal sampai sinsuron kira tambunan la ba tu kan..hehehe,,...nasib la nda banyak heavy + big vehicles on the road.. yippee!!! singgah pekan tambunan before continue to nambayan. at about 2pm we arrived at fiance's sister house. actually, the real purpose we went to tambunan is to fix the lighting & fan problem at the sister house...anyway, it's so cool in nambayan..after all works done, we went home at about 7.30pm..this time my fiance was the driver ^_^. sempat lagi nampak landcruiser masuk parit di jalan moyong-tambunan. scary!!! we reached home almost 9pm & we are so damn tired!!!

that's the story for now...til next adventure ^_^
