it is a bliss to see the kids happy faces whenever we go outing.

I still remember during this outing I was not feeling very well. 

Coughing and flu bermaharajalela waktu itu.

Punya la not comfortable but demi tu anak anak, kugagahi juga.

  

 Attending hubby's cousin wedding at Tambunan on 4th June 2016.

We stayed one night at my sis-in-law house at Nambayan.

We continue our journey to Ranau the next day (from Tambunan).

And we sempat singgah Desa Dairy Farm but only at the entrance.

So many people at that time and kasian my son berabis menangis mau masuk dalam tengu lembu -____-

It was our first time together watching the animals show in their Amphitheater at 11.15am show (there is another show at 3.30pm). 

Seronok bawa ni anak jalan jalan di zoo. 

But at the same time very tiring juga la. hehehe.

In future, 

I do hope that we will bring the kids go outing as often as we could.

Running and Cycling

early this year before i found out that i was pregnant i was so into these two kind of exercise; cycling and running. baru mula mau berjinak jinak with these hobbies dapat pula good news. teehee. it's all begin with the lose weight challenge which i didn't manage to grab the cash money of rm500 but i'm happy that i lose 2kg at the end of the challenge. no transformation but i felt healthy that time. and then i keep on doing exercise (include hiking) after the challenge and guess what, i registered myself to a 9km run in february this year. i don't really confidence that i can run that far. haha. but i just did it and my time for completing the run was about 1hour 25mnt. not bad huh! haha..puji diri sendiri dulu bah...it was my first run event ever ~ the 'sunbear run 2016'.

dan seterusnya saya memberanikan diri untuk ikut cycling. punya lama nda berbasikal ni. kugagahkan juga untuk join my hubby and the other riders. siok juga berbasikal ni tapi tulah..sakit punggung dan mesti pandai balance supaya nda terlanggar with other rider (especially yang time ride santai ramai ramai). last march, for the first time, i participated the earth hour bike ride organized by hotel hyatt kinabalu and gosh i was so nervous during the ride.. haha..entah kenapa. but it was a fun ride.

below are the few riders that always go ride whenever they wanna ride...hihi... they called themselves 'the skol riders'. their official shirt is as per above picture - orange with red indian skull...hahaha

for the first time

i'm proudly say that i actually can bake.

nervous juga oh mau bake a cake for the 1st time.

balik-balik tanya my bestie about some of the instruction.

hahaha..

budak baru belajar kan.

(gossh! i sounded macam baking is a difficult things oh kan..)

i'm loving it!

one of my mommy-mommy wishlist ticked.

ada lagi few skills yang saya mau belajar in future :)

but saya mau improve dulu skill membaking cake ni.

ba mari tingu apa yang saya bake pada hari minggu yang lalu.

 ya itu dia some of the bahan-bahan yang diperlukan and

few of my baking tools.

dan juga salinan resepi (hasil carian di google) harus ada sebagai bahan rujukan (yang balik-balik kana baca.. hihi)

i supposed to monitor until the cake masak.

tapi tau la ni first time, ragu-ragu lagi coz mau ikut resepi konon.

resepi bilang bakar 1 jam atau sehingga masak. 

(saya bakar sampai 50 minit, 180c)

suda tu teda pula stick or toothpick to check the cake.

nasib last minit pi korek laci baru dapat tu toothpick.

 

hahaha.

see...hangus suda itu kek.

but it's ok for the first timer ba kan.

next time can improve lagi as my bestie said.

and i'll make sure my baking tools is complete.

hahaha.. can't wait for the best season of the year! i'm dreaming of a white christmas..........kalau kira pakai minggu macam nda lama lagi kan..hihi... 

ok, i have no idea untuk story2 ba ni tapi saja mau update my blog. mau blogwalking pun banyak blog yang selalu saya singgah kana 'banned' oleh IT di sini opis...*sigh - unlike*

ba, mari la kita tingu our first hasil from the newly purchased oven (aiseymen..haha). terus macam memberi semangat untuk saya belajar membaking tapi at the same time nervous la pula (bule ka begini?). ada ba tu kawan saya yang pembakar semangat (u know who u are *wink*). waduh waduh...seronoknya ada oven baru... (harap nda hangat-hangat tai ayam la)

abaikan itu gambar tempat letak oven baru. teda tempat sesuai at the moment ba....hahaha. resepi ayam pangang ini adalah resepi si mr. husband yang ditiru dan dimodified dari internet ^__^ punya sedap pula kalau panggang-memanggang ni. 'beautiful' itu rasa macam yg chef shearson selalu cakap dalam tv 5 rencah 5 rasa dia. but........ ada sikit macam kurang masak la. haha. nda apa bule diperbaiki lagi di masa hadapan. first time la katakan (kebaruan...miahahahha).

today my boy jaden have to follow bapanya pigi kerja coz my mom went to futsal tournament (antara kelas ibu2 - PKK klu nda silap) somewhere don't know where. hihi. nasib he well behaved according to his bapa la. oh ya, every saturday i sent my boy to my mum's house ba that's why la dia terpaksa ikut bapa dia pigi kerja coz no one to jaga him today...

ok la, ini malam mungkin.....saya akan mencuba untuk membaking kek. saya mau cari dulu resepi paling simple yang saya bule ikut/buat. anyone care to share your delicious recipe?

Lima belas hari selepas Tahun Baru Cina merupakan hari Chap Goh Mei disambut sebagai menandakan berakhirnya perayaan Tahun Baru Cina. Pesta Chap Goh Mei disambut dengan mengadakan upacara sembahyang secara besar-besaran, di mana colok besar akan dibakar dan juga diadakan makan besar bersama keluarga. Later, we had to work (volunteer tapi yang kena bayar punya la) at our boss cny open house. it's my first time jadi pelayan tetamu a.k.a tukang serve minuman, jaga makanan, etc during our boss's cny open house. but i don't know which tasks that i will be given later. teehee..

bekerja sambil cuci mata

i am so excited when my boss instructed us (me & my colleague) to go into the resort for stock take for two dept ~ dive and housekeeping. why so excited? because it was my first time going to the resort since i was transferred to the resort team. yeah, i'm still working at my current employer but different team already. and yes, i am still loving what i do now. no gangguan jiwa (at the moment) and cool colleagues and energetic new FM in the office. eh, terlari pula cerita. ok, back to the half day trip to the resort, let the pictures below tell the story la ah..we went there yesterday, friday the 30th :)

Thia's first time

it was a priceless expression when my mother put her feet into the cold river of sungai tambulion, k.belud. haha. terkejut my Thia sekejap, lepas tu baru la dia boleh senyum2. 

meanwhile, her big brother Jaden pula kesiokan mandi sungai sampai nda mau keluar dari sungai. walaupun badan suda begegar-gegar kesejukan :) mau juga dia tunggu semua orang habis mandi baru dia naik pi darat. it was a tiring day (since we were from k.marudu attending my bff wedding kan) but i love it when we can spend a little time with my mum and other friends. lagipun jarang suda kami ber-road trip ba. oh i miss my zaman bujangan! ngeh ngeh ngeh!

jalan-jalan

yeah, last sunday we go jalan-jalan. Jaden was so excited kalau ada mau jalan-jalan. he won't take a nap if he knows we gonna go jalan later. malar mau bawa jalan saja.

after breakfast, we bersiap sedia to go jalan. the plan was to go to tg.aru kasi tengok Jaden the aeroplanes landing and take-off :) and then go grocery shopping at sunny supermarket. after that, we will go directly to my colleague's wedding at luyang. 

and off we go to tg. aru famous stop for watching the plane landing/take off. we stayed for few minutes but no sight of plane, so we jalan to the beach. and we just limpas there. kesian Jaden macam mau pigi jalan2 pula at the beach. next time kio son. mommy promise. and we go back to the previous place. luckily, there's a plane just in time for landing and one plane is taking place to take off. nice! 

we don't stay lama there coz Jaden mula mau lari-lari. so we go grocery shopping. pun ASAP punya shopping. haha. in my opinion , bagus juga bawa budak time shopping since we don't have much time to look look and see see apa barang lagi mau beli. kalau stay lama-lama, anak pandai meragam. so it's good to list down what you really need to buy and then grab the things, pay and 'chow'. ahahaha..ya that's happen to us last sunday. 

the kereta is penuh with barang2 and since there's a lot of time before the wedding reception we decided to go back home first hantar tu barang-barang. ingatkan mau bawa my little Thia to the reception tapi cuaca macam mau hujan jadi dia kana kasi tinggal at her grandma house. 

the wedding day was okay, not too hot not rainy day also. the FOOD was marvellous sedap and the manisan tradisional bugis are sedap sehingga menjilat jari. kena makan manisan dahulu baru boleh makan nasi. first time oh sa attend wedding bangsa bugis ni. i still terbayang-bayang ba lauk pauk time wedding officemate sa ni..hehehe!

okay, habis cerita yang hari minggu.

she's ready

My mum said she was crying while eating her first solid food - mashed porridge yesterday. Unlike her brother Jaden who happily ate his first porridge last time. Haha. Mungkin she not biasa yet. Sorry Thia mummy were not there on your first solid food. Hopefully your weight will be doubled since your last checked-up you only gained 0.2kg. Next week, you'll get your 6 months jab.  Double jap. 

Thia's development : 6 months old

• meniarap sesuka hati, pusing sana pusing sini sampai dia penat
• marah sangat a.k.a menangis bila kena ambi barang mainan yang dia sedang hold
• nda takut sama orang (ikut mood). kadang2 ok kadang not ok
• very fussy when kasi pakai/tukar baju unless you give her something to hold
• she can smile back when you're doing funny faces (yeah right!) & she recognized people
• sleep time nda tentu. sometime awal as jam6pm sometime jam8/9pm ikut time mummy dia tidur (of course in between ada light nap la)
• bila nangis saja memang beringus 
• baru2 saja kuat minum susu formula. boleh habis 4oz. however, i still pumped for her breast milk stock :)
• i still breastfeed Thia especially tidur time. nda payah bangun pi bikin susu. 

melawat muzium

last august, me, hubby & Jaden jalan-jalan pigi muzium. it was my........ mmmm, i dunno how many times did i visited the museum. but for sure, it was Jaden first time visiting the museum. at that time, the main exhibition was focused on the national day theme. since it was the month of august kan. the replica of the big giant whale skeleton was kept there. the museum is a good place to educate our next generation of our legacy (especially for Sabahan) and for foreigner/tourists to see the rich and diversified culture and interesting infos about Sabah.

mummy was so happy to spend the day with you even tough only a few hours. but it's worth it. apa lagi kalau pigi those tempat yang jarang kena lawat. hehe. you behave well during touring around the museum. maybe the darkness of the place makes you feels creepy. mummy would love to bring you to the museum next time, and that time you'll have a friend that is your little sister. hehehe..

Quality Time

Last Saturday we went to Tg. Aru (first beach) after buying a new ticket for hubby's niece at Terminal 2 (which she supposed to fly at 1.35pm on that day). She thought she will be flying on 21 Sept (Sunday) jadi terpaksa la membeli tiket baru. Memang we plan to go to the beach after everything was settled at the airport.

At around 4.15pm we arrived at the beach and off we go to find the perfect place to sit and relax. Ala, just in front the beach ja ba ^___^

My baby Jaden was so eager to mandi laut (or was his dad yang macam nda sabar kasi terjun dia di laut..hehehe). Me and Thia just sit down and enjoy the view. Breathtaking view? Not really, macam biasa jak. But looking at how the others spend their times together makes the scenery totally enjoyable to look at ;)  Cuci mata orang bilang. 

What me & Thia doing while the boys were having their 'dad & son time'?? SELFIE la apalagi. We are so cute together (ok sila muntah darah ya..hihi). 

Okay, cuteness overloaded here! I can't get enough of her :) It was her first outing to Tg. Aru and many more to come. I can't wait to see both of them playing together on the beach, buat sand castle, lari lari, mandi manda di laut....

See............! punya siok si Jaden mandi laut... Kesiokan sampai muntah coz balik balik terminum air laut. And the result, he got really bad stomach ache later after that ;( Kesian my boy..

At about 5pm we're heading home. So no amazing sunset view for this time. We stopped by Sunny Supermarket to shop for groceries (one of my fav place to shop for groceries) and its raining while we're in it. We reached home at about 630pm and thank God the rain has subsides.

Blog 5 ~ When was the Last Time you did some thing for the First Time

hmm....let me think...o ya, now i remember. it was on the next day after we got the yeast (sasad) from my SIL in tambunan :) 2nd sunday of march. hari itu dalam sejarah. i got  to experience on how to make rice wine (tapai) or in bahasa dusun 'mangasi'. all this while, i only have the chance to drink the end product - tapai. sometimes the tapai taste so sedap but sometime i don't like the taste. one drink is enough. but if the tapai is so good, i can ask for it again & again & again.. haha..no la! 2 kali teguk pun cukup suda kalau sa :)

ok, berbalik kepada cerita first time. ya, that's my first time buat tapai :) first thing first, mesti masak beras kampung. they said if masak the beras use kayu api lagi sedap tu tapai. but di bandar ni susah suda ba mo cari kayu api. so, we masak use modern style :) use rice cooker yg besar (since the beras kampung so banyak).  after masak, kasi tabur the nasi on the tikar to cool the nasi.in the meanwhile, the sasad were crushed to mix with the rice later.

after mixing were done, the rice were filled in the tajau. actually, i just do the mixing part & filling two tajaus of rice wine :) it was tiring but fun day for me coz this is the first time i ever involved in a tapai making process. hehehe...... oh ya, ada juga petua if want to make a good tapai ni. one must put daun langsat at the bottom of the tajau. inside the tajau must put chili & arang (above the rice). i think la :) after all, it was my first time ba....
